Clarity and Resolve: What it will take to preserve America’s founding principles

Give me just one generation of youth, and I’ll transform the whole world.”

― Vladimir Lenin

As we try to make sense of why so many things seem to be going wrong in our country, it’s important to understand how we got here and what we are up against.  The aggressive push to indoctrinate our youth, the crime that is running unchecked in our cities, the attempt to reframe our nation’s history, the campaign against “misinformation”, the dismissal of individual liberty in favor of collectivism, the erosion of parental rights, the explosion of the techno-surveillance state, etcetera, may not appear an first glance to be connected.  However, they are all part of a Communist revolution that has been stealthily taking place for decades in Western countries through a process called “ideological subversion”.  This process has been successful largely because citizens became complacent, and too many have forgotten the lessons of the past in which tens of millions of people died brutal deaths under Communist rule.  We elevated government over God and opened the door to subjective morality.  Because we live in the most prosperous country in the world, the prospect of losing the freedom that most of us have always known is inconceivable.  Yet, as Soviet dissident, Aleksander Solzhenitsyn, said,

“Alas, all the evil of the twentieth century is possible everywhere on earth.”

Consider the following list of “Communist Goals” that was taken from the book, “The Naked Communist,” written by former FBI agent Cleon Skousen and published in 1958. The list was read into the Congressional record by Democratic representative A. S. Herlong Jr. on Jan. 10, 1963

Read carefully to note if any of these goals have been realized or are close to being achieved.

  • Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
  • Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.
  • Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under communist attack.
  • Infiltrate the press.
  • Gain control of key positions in radio, TV and motion pictures.
  • Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. (An American communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”)
  • Eliminate all laws of obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.
  • Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and TV.
  • Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
  • Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
  • Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”
  • Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
  • Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”
  • Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.”
  • Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat.
  • Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
  • Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
  • Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political or social problems.

Listen carefully to KGB defector, Yuri Bezmonov’s, description of the psychological warfare being waged against America.

[Excerpt] “…ideological subversion involves changing the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that despite the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their communities, and their country.  It’s a great brainwashing process….”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bX3EZCVj2XA (13 min)

Bezmonov’s warning to America was given in 1984 and is echoed by thousands of Communism survivors today.  We are already living in what Rod Dreher terms a “soft totalitarianism.”  The end result of this totalitarianism in America will not include a victory lap for LGBT activists, BLM, or Antifa. No, they are mere pawns who will eventually become as oppressed as the conservative Christian.

So what do we do?

We resist.  While there is still time.

Decide where and how you can make a difference.  We need all hands on deck if we are to secure our freedoms.

Let us heed the conclusion of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s 1974 essay, “Live Not By Lies”.

And so: We need not be the first to set out on this path – Ours is but to join!  The more of us set out together, the thicker our ranks, the easier and shorter will this path be for us all!  If we become thousands – they will not cope, they will be unable to touch us.  If we will grow to tens of thousands – we will not recognize our country!

But if we shrink away, then let us cease complaining that someone does not let us draw breath – we do it to ourselves!  Let us then cower and hunker down, while our comrades the biologists bring closer the day when our thoughts can be read and our genes altered.

And if from this also we shrink away, then we are worthless, hopeless, and it is of us that Pushkin asks with scorn:

Why should cattle have the gifts of freedom?

Their heritage from generation to generation is the belled yoke and the lash.

“We cannot expect the Americans to jump from capitalism to communism, but we can feed them small doses of socialism, until they awake to find they have true communism.”

The contemporary cult of social justice identifies members of certain social groups as victimizers, as scapegoats, and calls for their suppression as a matter of righteousness. In this way, the so-called social justice warriors, (aka SJWs) , who started out as liberals animated by an urgent compassion, end by abandoning authentic liberalism and embracing an aggressive and punitive politics that resembles Bolshevism, as the Soviet style of communism was first called.

Is Wastewaster Surveillance Good, and Should it be Used in America?

Should we the people of the United States of America make way for wastewater surveillance like Pakistan did?

Wastewater surveillance is a new and rapidly developing research science being used on communities of people in America without their consent or knowledge.

This form of surveillance is used primarily to monitor the rise and fall of Covid levels in the United States. The results are used for guidance in decision making of unelected health individuals and used to restrict the movements of the study population.

Currently the proclaimed use of waste surveillance is to restrict the movement of the populations if Covid is found at increasing levels.

Historically, this form of surveillance was used in Pakistan for the purpose of eradicating wild polio. The sewers of communities were surveilled for wild polio and an oral vaccine was used in the eradication efforts.

Public health workers and volunteers in the vaccine efforts went door to door to vaccinate children with the oral vaccine. These campaigns were guided by wastewater surveillance results.

Unfortunately, the outcomes of this surveillance and eradication effort were quite damaging to the Pakistani people. Mass paranoia in the population used for the research was evident. This paranoia and fear of the oral vaccine resulted in violent attacks on health care workers. The outbreaks of violence were parents trying to protect their children after hearing rumors of vaccine side effects, increased paralysis, and increased illness from the oral vaccine.

According to reports, children who were vaccinated orally, produced mutations of the polio virus in their intestinal tract. When the waste was expelled from the children’s intestinal tract, the new variant from the oral vaccine went into the environment.

This mutation of polio is called “vaccine derived polio” or “P2.” Sadly, vaccine derived polio paralyzes at a higher rate than wild polio.

The use of wastewater surveillance and forced vaccinations,  unintentionally produced what some are claiming to be an even more dangerous public health crisis than the initial wild strain of polio.

We as Americans have the right to ask: Is wastewater surveillance an ethical and legal use of humans for public health research? Or does it destroy American values? We have the right to ask if wastewater surveillance results in the destruction of health, both mental and physical.

Is wastewater surveillance for covid and other diseases right for America?

Recently in America, this form of human research has been used to restrict the movement of populations through mass quarantines of healthy individuals. These individuals were unknowingly being used for research in 2020 after universities across the nation began using their students as research subjects.

Does wastewater surveillance promote American values? Or does wastewater surveillance promote the values of another nation: A nation that is leading us straight into communism and the repeat of history.

You be the judge.

America’s 1776-History Is Important

It is important for us as citizens, and for our children and grandchildren, to learn about the principles of the founding of America.

Understanding our 1776-based history, builds our collective strength so that we can weather the inevitable storms. For us, as a state and a nation, it allows us to maintain one of the greatest gifts we have…a constitutional republic.

That is why I am grateful to the North Dakota Legislature for authorizing Senate Concurrent Resolution 4011. Both Republican and Democrat Senators sponsored the resolution, and approved the resolution by significant margins. The official resolution urges Congress to:

“establish a 1776 Commission, and, urging the United States Department of Education, to develop educational materials that will provide education for students in accordance with the principles of the founding of America, the unifying ideals stated in the Declaration of Independence, and the United States Constitution, and other founding documents”.

This resolution didn’t get much attention. Yet, when I talked to one of the co-sponsors, he considers this Resolution to be of utmost importance. Why? The principles laid down in 1776, built the framework of our constitution.

But, here’s what you might not know. These principles weren’t dreamed up in 1776, or even 1619. No, these principles had been fought for over 700 years – by people who were decrying the abuse of power and asserting their rightful liberties.

In The Key to Understanding the Constitution, KrisAnne Hall writes, “Everything, every single principle of government, every security to Liberty, and even at times the very language itself, was taken from lessons learned from over 700 years of history and five essential Liberty Charters.”   It is this long history that confirms that the Constitution was not an arbitrary, snapshot decision. Our Constitution is a living, breathing document designed from blood-bought lessons in the historic struggle between liberty and tyranny.”

Let me go back to my opening comment.

It is important for us as citizens and for our children and grandchildren to learn about our history. In fact, it is not only important, it is crucial.

We must be equipped to identify the alternative history that is being sneaked into our children’s curriculum. Introducing the Critical Race Theory in our schools has been happening for years.

Of course, it is rarely called Critical Race Theory (CRT). The marketing gurus are pacifying parents, grandparents, and citizens with a justifiable narrative…diversity, equality, inclusion, tolerance, and social and emotional learning.

In reality, CRT’s current underlying philosophy, teaches that the U.S.A. is inherently or systemically racist, is rotten to the core, and needs to be destroyed.

I believe that we as citizens, for the sake of our children and grandchildren, need to be vigilant. This is the time to get engaged with the school and the teacher. It’s time to know exactly what is in the text books being used to teach your children. It’s time to talk to our children and grandchildren about the incredible gift of freedom we are stewarding.

How can Concurrent Resolution 4011 help us to make a difference? It holds the “recipe” for how we can fulfil our destiny in North Dakota and America by providing an education that aligns with:

  • the principles of the founding of America,
  • the unifying ideals stated in the Declaration of Independence,
  • the United States Constitution, and other founding documents.

This is not a quick-fix. Rather, it is an intentional choice to understand, and to pass on, our 1776-history.

I invite you to reflect on this quote taken from a speech that Ronald Reagan made during a midnight ceremony. The occasion was his inauguration as governor, on January 5th, 1967.

“Freedom is a fragile thing and it’s never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by way of inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people.  And those in world history who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again.”

Interview with Senator Cramer (cont.)(updated 5/25/21)

Our conversation started out on the Oil and Gas industry. Senator Cramer sits on the Senate Banking Committee, and so I wish I had taken copious notes or started my recorder, because I can’t even remember all that was covered, it was so much. However, long story short, oil and gas are not going anywhere. The economy is too dependent on oil and gas, to have it go away. The banking industry recognizes that without oil and gas the economy tanks. Bankers love strong economies, and money makes “the world go ‘round.” That’s it, in a “nutshell.”

To hear Senator Cramer explain the behind the scenes, at the federal level, was intriguing. I would very much like to have a conversation with him again on this topic with my newly purchased recorder turned on.

There is a distinct kindness about both Senator Cramer and his wife, Kris. You can’t help but enjoy their company and the sense of strength and humility that comes through both of them. Senator Cramer was very open about his experiences in Washington, D.C., and he was gracious enough to share them at the Brick Oven Bakery in Bismarck with me, and my friends, after lunch.

We were all ready to discuss the issues that have sucked the life out of our schools, and businesses, and everyday normal life. The issue that every main stream media outlet has practically turned into a corrosive acid they keep pouring out onto the psyche of the American population. Even the once loved Fargo Forum is putting out hateful and toxic articles that breed hate and division. Many writers have taken it upon themselves to try to shame people into taking a vaccine they know nothing about. The pronounced preoccupation and obsessive coverage, of the vaccination campaign from Hell, has burned us all. How do we ever get back to normal? Sorry, I went negative for a second, but thankfully, Senator Cramer is a very positive guy so you will enjoy reading the next parts of this article.

When Senator Cramer was asked about federal overreach regarding Covid-19, he said that in his line of work he is well acquainted with government overreach, so that part was nothing new. But one thing that surprised him, and not in good way, was people’s willingness to comply.

Senator Cramer: “I was Really surprised by the number of people willing to conform. Our whole system is based on not conforming. Our whole system of self government is based on democracy and self governing.”

Side note: America is a republic within a democracy, or better known as a representative democracy: The only one in the world. It sets freedom up high out of reach from government. So watching people comply and conform has been devastating for all of us who love freedom most.

Senator Cramer on his medical privacy:
“One of the reasons I took the position; I did, with the survey of United States Senators on who has, or has not, been vaccinated……and remember I’m one of the five out of 100 that have not disclosed whether or not they’ve been vaccinated. Most of them took a selfie and tweeted it. I’m nothing if not an open book…… But I would not disclose because it increasingly bothered me that people were being pressured and they started talking about vaccine passports. Whether it’s individual companies or individual industries or governments: That is frightening to me. I just decided then and there, I would not be disclosing as a matter of principle. My communications department wrote up a nice long explanation incurring the benefits of vaccines ending with: It’s none of your business. But then I said, we’re just gonna stick with: It’s none of your business. And then again it’s not that I think people need to be afraid to ask. But I also believe it’s not any of your business.”

Our conversation went into talking North Dakota and the vaccine.

Kris Cramer: “North Dakota’s numbers willing to vaccinate went from 6000 in the month of March to 3000 end of April to like 600 and some in May.”

Me: “Well, that is good news. That means people are realizing that they don’t have to get this vaccine.”

Although I am pro vaccine and vaccinate for everything , I am not for this particular vaccine yet, as it has proven to have extreme side affects that are a far greater risk than the disease itself was in my individual case. I became even more aware of how much risk one takes on with this particular form of vaccine after a loved one had a near fatal reaction with the Pfizer vaccine. His side affects included two hospitalizations and a blood clot from his shoulder to his wrist that would have killed him had his Dr. not promptly admitted him to the ER. A vaccine like this, including a new science, needs to be weighed very carefully by all who take on that risk. If the disease poses a lesser risk to the individual than the vaccine, it is important these facts be taken into consideration.

I was greatly relieved to hear that North Dakotans are taking this vaccine very seriously and are slowing up on getting it and evidently doing their research and due diligence before risking their own health and well being out of social pressure. My hope is that this vaccine is a smashing success and has excellent outcomes in the future with long term studies that prove it out. Vaccine medicine is truly a miracle of modern science, but one should consider all angles before advocating that others jump into this MRNA treatment. It has cost many their lives already according to many reports. To promote such a risk be mandatory is irresponsible. That is why it must always remain a choice by all and never forced upon people with a passport.

I was incredibly thankful that Senator Cramer took on the difficult stance not to disclose his status. In my opinion his disclosure could unintentionally persuade an individual one way or the other and that is not his place. That is a private medical matter that must be weighed with one’s personal physician.

Senator Cramer was gracious to me interjecting my opinion:
“On this particular vaccine we don’t know very much. Some of what we know is not good. So, there is an appropriate and healthy skepticism of government. Our forefathers had a healthy skepticism of government. It’s why they created states to be superior over the federal government, not the other way around. Federal government is the creation of the states. When I had my opportunity to interview Justice Amy Coney Barrett, I spent all my time talking about federalism. I wanted to make sure that she was going to fight for the sovereignty of my state when the federal government was wrong. I wanted a clear understanding of what she believed federalism was and is.”

Senator Cramer continued ….

“We, here in North Dakota, have the highest rate of skepticism of anywhere because…….”
Me: “Because we know we have immune systems?”
Senator Cramer: “OK. So since you brought that up, this is the point! I think we were the first state, according to Columbia University, to have reached herd immunity. And we did that because we do what we do. We put our heads down and plow through the wall and whoever comes out the other side still standing is still going, and that’s what we do. Consequently, we probably had a higher rate of infection early, but reached herd immunity first, and we are probably better off than whatever state has the highest rate of vaccination now.”

Senator Cramer regarding influence:

“People like me have a responsibility to use their broader circle of influence. People that watch people, are looking for a champion. People want to be able to point at somebody and say: If it’s OK for him, it’s OK for me. I think that’s a role that many people in public life are either uncomfortable with, or they reject it all together, or it’s not something that matters to them, or they’re worried about how people view them. I never thought I was entitled to the job by acclamation. You can make a difference, or you can make a point. Sometimes by making a point you don’t make a difference, but you still make your point. That’s why I made such a stink about not telling anybody about whether I have hemorrhoids, or whether I have, or have not, gotten a vaccination. Because it’s nobody’s damn business.”

Senator Cramer: after being asked, is Money why the CDC won’t talk about the treatments other than the vaccine?

“One of the great injustices of this whole thing is the complete ignoring of treatments; modest, readily available low cost; easy to consume treatments, and that’s if you even need a treatment.”

(This last quote captures the heart and soul of this very kind and faith filled Senator.)

Senator Cramer: “When I get interviewed, a common question I get when they interview me: They say, ‘We noticed you always wear a mask around here but you don’t wear one at home.’ I’ve had that question about three times and they say, ‘Why?’
And I say, ‘Well, I wear it here for you, because you’re afraid. At home we’re not afraid. Here….. you’re afraid. The reason I’m not afraid is because I always put everything in the context it belongs. The context of this is: The likelihood of getting the disease is not that high, and the likelihood from getting sick is even lower. The likelihood of dying from it, is almost nothing, and that’s the best outcome, you know? So if the worst outcome is heaven, I don’t have much to fear. But you clearly don’t share that. And you’re clearly more afraid than I am, and since you’re afraid, I’ll wear it for you.’ and they’ve always been very respectful of me.”

Every Society has a Joan of Arc

Do you know how to tell when a Leftist feels threatened by a strong, intelligent woman who stands up for her beliefs? When they write a hit piece that attacks her on a personal level because they cannot engage on the issues intellectually. Leftists may not be the best at using facts to support their arguments, but one area in which they do excel is the emotional manipulation of their fellow citizens. What is especially fascinating is how they continually falsely accuse others for the very things that they themselves participate in. For example, a Leftist will accuse someone of being a bully, and they’ll do so by using bully tactics like submitting a letter to the editor that is filled with name-calling and slander. This is exactly what the executive director of Prairie Action ND did to State Senator Janne Myrdal in the Fargo Forum by writing an opinion piece that has the journalistic integrity of a personal diary entry.
What is typically ironic about this classic Leftist attack is that Prairie Action ND’s mission is to ‘ensure all perspectives are heard in order to create more balance in North Dakota politics.’ When Leftists advocate for diversity and inclusion, make no mistake – that only applies to body parts and skin color. Diversity of thought will simply not be tolerated. One of their favorite pastimes is accusing Christian conservatives of being bigoted and intolerant when the exact opposite is true. Leftists are the true religious zealots of our day. They are the ones who demand obedience in thought, word, and deed. If one does not fall in line, then a price must be paid. That usually comes in the form of public slander which is extraordinarily easy to do since newspapers apparently have little to no standards for what they will print nowadays.
Fortunately, those of us who truly follow Christ’s teachings and who don’t manipulate his words to fit a political agenda aren’t intimidated by baseless name-calling. In fact, every time we are targeted for our beliefs it only assures us that we must be doing a good job of standing up for women’s rights, unborn babies, religious freedom, and objective truth.
So if you consider yourself a “Janne Myrdal”, pat yourself on the back and know you are fighting the good fight in the spirit of the infamous Joan of Arc who displayed remarkable moral courage and intelligence as she steadfastly fought for her convictions.

Losing an Unseen Battle: When Will Americans Recognize the Danger of Totalitarianism

I recently had an opportunity to visit Washington DC with my daughter’s senior class.  It was incredibly inspiring to visit the memorials of America’s founding fathers and the servicemen and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice so that future generations could live free from tyranny.  I couldn’t help but contemplate if I, like the men and women whose names are etched in stone, would be able to display courage, valor, and excellence in the face of mortal danger.  I suspect not. As we visited one memorial after another, the one thought that kept running through my mind was this: We’ve been defeated by China and we don’t even know it.  What prompted this thought?  Seeing double-masked  joggers out for a run on a warm, sunny day.  Seeing dog walkers, bike riders, and families out with their children – all completely masked up.  Being frantically asked to put a mask on as I waited in line for coffee.  All of these instances alone were enough to confirm my suspicion that citizens have been psychologically damaged as a result of the incessant, pervasive, and emotionally manipulative public health propaganda.  But in addition to that, it was the flat-out aggressive behavior of government employees and fellow citizens (not to mention the airline employees who could barely contain their glee at the power that has been granted to them) that caused the alarm bells that have been ringing for the last year to ring even louder.  Throughout my time in DC, I had several interactions with people who are either clearly living in terror on a daily basis or who have simply grown accustomed to bossing complete strangers around while expecting prompt obedience.  One particular experience stands out.  As our tour group entered the gate outside Mt. Vernon and while still outside, we were met with a double-masked + face shielded + gloved employee who was quite agitated with my bare face.  I assured her that I’d don a mask when inside.  However, the truth is that wearing the mask on my chin is about as compliant as I can be most times.  So, of course, I was reminded rather sternly to put my mask over my nose as we went inside the museum.  I asked the handful of employees standing around what they thought George Washington would think of the forced masking of American citizens.  I was met with blank stares made extra blank by the bizarre and creepy masks.  I then simply said, “I’m pretty sure he’s rolling over in his grave right now.”  Again, no response.  Soon afterward, I experienced a few of the most intense encounters of our trip.  In complete disbelief, I witnessed a security guard behave just like I imagine a Nazi would have behaved in 1930’s Germany.  I don’t use that comparison lightly.  He aggressively approached an adult who was brazen enough to briefly pull down his mask to scratch his nose, and he loudly barked out the command, “MASK!!”  This same security guard later turned his fury on me.  I was completely by myself – the museum was mostly empty – but that was apparently no excuse for my blatantly disobedient maskless face.  He yelled at me to put my mask over my nose.  I calmly asked him why he needed me to wear a mask.  He said it was policy.  I said, ok, I will just leave.  I turned to go, and he loudly said, “NO”.  Confused, I asked if he meant to detain me until I put my mask up and he said “YES.  DO IT NOW.”  I wish I could say that I was brave enough to stand up to this overgrown bully, but at that point, I was starting to shake in my boots, so I pulled my mask up and walked away.  However, shortly thereafter I was able to calmly explain to the next employee who told me to put my mask up that I have the God-given natural right to breathe freely and communicate naturally.  This irrefutable statement caused her to throw a little fit, but at least she refrained from calling security and having me escorted out for the crime of breathing while browsing in a gift shop.  The irony of experiencing this level of tyranny while surrounded by tributes to George Washington and the history of our country’s founding was absolutely incredible and deeply disturbing to me.  Shortly after arriving back home, a friend posted a quote by Sun Tzu from the ancient Chinese military treatise The Art of War: “”The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.”  It reminded me of my recurring thought while in DC.  Moralizing mask wearing has been an absolutely brilliant strategy to dehumanize, control, divide, and manipulate citizens.  Because America has become a nation that operates largely on emotions and political affiliations, it wasn’t hard to manipulate us into becoming a masked nation.  What better weapon with which to subdue Americans than public health?  After all, we are generally a nation that cares about our fellow citizens, and that also clearly idolizes and finds comfort in perceived experts.  It should not go unnoticed that the Chinese Communist Party is extremely skilled and experienced in using propaganda to shape the beliefs and attitudes of a nation in order to achieve unforced compliance to their totalitarian regime.  Is it really so crazy to think that China would apply this strategy toward other countries in order to gain influence and power?  Americans are the proverbial frog in the pot of boiling water.  How have we turned from an independent-minded people who fiercely defend individual liberties to the extent that they are willing to lay down their lives in order to preserve and defend them to a people that intimidate, shame, and strong-arm their fellow citizens into covering their faces and providing proof of vaccination in order to simply participate in society?  If we are wise, then we will pose this question to those who have survived communist oppression, and we will heed their urgent warnings about the signs and symptoms of totalitarianism that have become pervasive not only in America, but around the world.
“All warfare is based on deception.” – Sun Tzu

The Obsession is about Life

Ms Ahlin claims no good can come of Senator Janne Myrdal’s (Republican—District 10) fixation on abortion.  Her fixation, described as strange, was demonstrated by the amendment Myrdal offered to the higher education challenge matching grant program for the State Board of Higher Education.  Ms. Ahlin claims the amendment is an afront to academic freedom.

strict female teacher with book pointing at scribbled blackboard
The Left is obsessed with things other than life. Senator Myrdal is on the RIGHT side and has proven trustworthy in her unapologetic fight to protect Life and bring awareness to what our Universities are teaching and who they accept funding from. We applaud Senator Myrdal.

A state entity partnering with an abortion provider and the leader of the abortion lobby is not only an affront to North Dakotans, but also against the law.  The amendment, taken from the ND Century code, demonstrates a commitment to the value of life.

In 2019, eighty-nine legislators signed a letter, which asked for an explanation about ties between Planned Parenthood and NDSU through the “Safe Spaces” course. Are all these legislators obsessed with abortion, too?

The Safe Spaces for (K-12) teachers, offered again in August 2021 is taught by Katie Christensen, the State Director of External Affairs, Planned Parenthood, North Central States.  Materials recommended for children includes, It’s perfectly Normal by Robbie Harris.  The book for elementary aged children contains graphic drawings of female and male anatomy and covers topics such as sexual intercourse (vaginal, oral, and anal sex), abortion and homosexuality.

Yes, Senator Myrdal is obsessed.  Her obsession about life and a healthy educational environment for our children is shared by most of her peers in the legislature.  Voters in Senator Myrdal’s district share her ideological obsession about life as well.  On November 3, 2021, Myrdal won 74.4% of the votes in her re-election campaign.  Perhaps the strange part is that these facts escape Ms. Ahlin.

The Ficticious “Fourth Trimester”

Mckenzie McCoy

The Fictitious “Fourth Trimester”

Let’s just state the obvious – there is no such thing as a ‘fourth trimester’.  We all learned as kids that the prefix ‘tri’ means three: tricycles, triangles, and triple scoops at the ice cream shop. But, let me walk this out even more for you.  According to Merriam-Webster, the term trimester was first used in 1821 and came from the French word trimestre, which was taken from the Latin word trimestris: of three months from three, tri, and mensis, months. And we all know a human pregnancy generally consists of 40 weeks of gestation and is divided into three trimesters, each trimester lasting approximately 3 months.  These are scientific facts, well documented and universally accepted for millenia. So, where did this mystical fourth trimester come from?  And why is this language showing up in legislation and being pushed so adamantly?

I’ll give you a hint: WORDS.  Words are powerful, and words effect culture. The Left knows this, and they have become very good wordsmiths.  Some examples: The taking of an unborn baby’s life is simply a ‘woman’s choice’.  A human baby is referred to as an embryo, a fetus, or a clump of cells…anything but a baby.  Pro-lifers are called ‘anti-choice’.

The term fourth trimester was coined by Dr. Harvey Karp, a California pediatrician.  He claims that babies are born too soon, and thus should be thought of as fetuses outside the womb. Hence the birth (pun intended) of the ‘fourth trimester’.  The abortion industry saw this as a perfect trojan horse – and ran with it.  They latched on to the ‘fourth trimester’ phrase to push the Left’s agenda to facilitate our own destruction under the guise of helping women.  And like all of their solutions to help women, the baby becomes the sacrificial lamb.  And now being born alive doesn’t even help. The message to the newborn baby is that it is disposable if it causes mom too much hardship.  In order to justify the killing of babies outside the womb, pro-abortionists use made up language to dehumanize the born child and seditiously start passing legislation that seems harmless, even good, like SCR 4002, which attempts to make September 23rd Fourth Trimester Care Day in North Dakota.

But read carefully, North Dakotans – and be very wary of any seemingly pro-life legislation supported by Republican Senators whose voting record on life does not follow the Republican Platform at all.

This bill is an attempt to re-brand the postpartum phase of pregnancy in North Dakota under the guise of advocacy for mom and baby.  But instead of supporting the mom and baby as separate yet equal human beings in symbiotic relationships, they are inadvertently placing mom’s needs over baby’s, setting the stage for North Dakota to follow Canada and many countries in Europe which have legalized abortion in the fabricated fourth trimester. Page 1, lines 8 “WHEREAS, the well-being of a mother and her infant are intimately connected and rather than treating them as separate entities, their care should be understood as mutually beneficial, (baby is stripped of its individual status as a human and tied to mom’s well-being) with the needs of the one considered in the context of the needs of the other” and page 2, lines 14- “WHEREAS, for the sake of the health and well-being of both mother and infant, a mother should receive the mental, physical, social, and economic support she needs to successfully transition through this important fourth trimester period”

And here is where the seemingly innocent language in SCR 4002 comes full circle and demonstrates the insidious practice of tying mom and baby together as one human, not two, by placing mom’s needs over the baby’s.  In 2008, the Urban Dictionary defined fourth trimester abortion as “an abortion within the first 4 months after birth. Traditionally performed by a clothes hanger or other wire shaped device, but modern science is constantly coming up with newer and safer procedures.”  They go on to use the word in a sentence, “After the baby was out, she decided to have a fourth trimester abortion, as it was in everyone’s best interest.”  In Canada, as well as most of Europe and any country supported by the WHO, if a woman doesn’t want the responsibility of motherhood anymore, and doesn’t want to place the baby up for adoption or drop the baby off at the hospital no questions asked, then the woman may have an ‘abortion’. This is clearly infanticide.  The mother’s “right to choose” supersedes the baby’s right to live.  We are leaving out a very important person in this equation – the child.  Even Dr. Seuss understands this as the factitious Horton loudly proclaims, “A person’s a person, no matter how small!”

There is no such thing as the fourth trimester of pregnancy, and any lawmaker, especially a Republican cannot continue to support this resolution now knowing the truth.  The 2020 Republican Platform is very clear on life – in the Preamble it states, “We affirm – as did the Declaration of Independence: that all are created equal, endowed by their Creator with inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (emphasis added).” It further states on pages 13 and 14, “We assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental right to life that cannot be infringed.  We oppose the non-consensual withholding or withdrawal of care or treatment, including food and water, from individuals with disabilities, newborns, the elderly, or the infirm, just as we oppose euthanasia and assisted suicide.”

The wording in this legislation and the fact that it is sponsored by Republicans is deeply concerning. And hopefully they will read this article. Even if one was initially naive to the history of the fourth trimester. We must urge every single legislator to take the time to study this resolution and the history of the fictitious fourth trimester.  Let’s not allow the manipulation of language to fool us into adopting potentially lethal legislation.  There is no “fourth trimester.”  And God willing, there never will be here in America.

This resolution is a subtle way to introduce dehumanizing language of a born child.  North Dakota – get off the bench and contact your representatives and committee members.  Urge them to vote “No” on this resolution that diminishes the life of a newborn infant under the banner of women’s health initiatives. If we truly care about mothers and babies, we will advocate for their support and care while holding to the truth that both lives are precious.

Wastewater Surveillance: An Insidious Attempt To Control

Amber Vibeto and Margo Knorr

If you haven’t heard about House Bill 1259, you might want sit up, pay attention, adjust your reading glasses, and then call your District Senator.  HB 1259 is the single thread preventing North Dakotans from becoming ongoing test subjects in the insidious scientific research called wastewater surveillance.
What is Wastewater Surveillance?
There is a big difference between testing wastewater in order to protect citizens from contamination and surveilling wastewater in order to protect citizens from each other by enforcing lockdowns and other restrictions. The National Wastewater Surveillance System (NWSS) was initiated by the CDC and the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The data generated by NWSS is being used to understand the extent of COVID-19 infections in communities across the country and give guidance to state and local leaders on implementing public health initiatives such as lockdowns and mask mandates.  With the encouragement of the CDC, this data will lead to the targeting of certain populations such as schools or small businesses and could be used as a justification for infringing on civil liberties in the name of safety.
North Dakota is participating in wastewater surveillance across the state, including on the campus of NDSU, which led to coerced clinical testing and quarantining of asymptomatic students. According to the CDC, it is not currently possible to reliably and accurately predict the number of infected individuals in a community based on sewage testing, yet this form of surveillance is being used to inform public policy decisions and has the potential to greatly infringe on the rights of citizens beyond college campuses and in regards to other communicable  diseases.

A few months prior to the DEQ implementing wastewater surveillance in North Dakota, the CDC was advocating for the surveillance of communities. Many articles were published detailing the CDC’s plan to partner with private and public sectors to begin collecting wastewater samples. Instructions were given on how often testing should be done and where the collections should be made.  Many public works managers and department heads were eager to sign on with the help of state funded research universities and to start surveilling communities for potential disease carriers.  Surveillance systems were set up across the nation with the intended goal of assisting governors and mayors in their decisions to implement lockdowns and isolation policies. California was one of the first states to implement wastewater surveillance and it’s clear that residents are getting a front row seat at how wastewater surveillance aids in justifying draconian lockdowns, mask mandates, and restrictions on movement.

Who can we credit for coming up with this form of “scientific” research?
Global organizations funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have played an integral role in developing this form of human population study.  In 2003, guidance for wastewater surveillance was published by the World Health Organization, whose second largest financial contributor happens to be the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  The countries who implemented this guidance were often poverty-stricken and had unstable governments.  Wastewater surveillance was used to track and trace disease back to the carrier communities.  Highly-funded research and vaccination campaigns would show up amongst the communities being surveilled year after year. The scientists, funded by a dedicated billionaire, were so determined to eradicate certain diseases that they encouraged volunteers to go door to door in an attempt to vaccinate the children who were suspected of being potential carriers.  After 15 + years and repeated vaccinations of children,  the efforts to eradicate certain viruses continue to fail.  All of these relentless efforts have caused much turmoil and hardship on the research populations. Some of the individuals being used for research became so desperate to protect their children from being included in unwanted vaccinations, individuals resorted to deadly violence on more than one occasion to protect themselves and their children.  But it was to no avail. They were no match for the massive funds that were being poured into their country or for the powerful organizations who forced citizens to comply.
A company to keep an eye on: Biobot Analytics has gone public and made recent headlines. They receive substantial donations from American Family Insurance and tech entrepreneurs which warrants a spotlight on their actions and motives.  According to a graph posted on Biobot Analytics’ website, approximately 5000 individuals in North Dakota have already been surveilled.  North Dakotans were being used for research and were most likely unaware of this company’s efforts to turn their sewer systems into “observatories” of their health.

Why is HB 1259 necessary?
Nearly 80% of North Dakota became a research population without citizens’ knowledge or consent when the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality in conjunction with NDSU was allotted federally funded Cares Act dollars to start studying human populations in Bismarck, Fargo, Minot, and other towns across North Dakota this past fall.  When the lead engineer for the DEQ was asked how the surveillance of COVID-19 began in our state, he stated that the municipalities had “volunteered.”  In truth, wastewater surveillance for COVID-19 happened without the disclosing of the purpose and intended outcomes of the research in a public hearing to city residents. There was no formal presentation to most city councils prior to implementation.  Often times the city council was never made aware of what was being done.  Even though concerns have been raised, the DEQ has not been persuaded to stop using North Dakota municipalities as research populations. HB 1259 seeks to prohibit wastewater surveillance unless there is a public hearing and vote of approval by citizens.  It is crucial to consider the ethical implications of testing people without their consent and then using the results against them.  Also, it should be noted that if an individual is uncomfortable and no longer wishes to be included in a research study, they have the right to opt out. Wastewater surveillance research strips away the autonomy and rights of individuals by being used for research without their consent.
Until reliability and efficacy of this new public health tool are demonstrated, implementing wastewater screening for COVID-19 to target public health resources, to require testing, to impose restrictions on movement, or to remove restrictions based on an absence of virus in the wastewater is premature at best. Even if reliability and efficacy are established, the legal and moral ramifications must be strongly and thoroughly considered before implementation. In addition, under the banner of COVID-19, our government has become habitually tyrannical.  We must recapture an America where government serves, rather than subjugates, its citizens.  Kudos to HB 1259 bill sponsors for taking a stand to preserve “consent of the governed”: Representatives Ruby, Becker, Cory, Howe, Kading, Louser, Weisz;  Senators Burckhard, Kannianen, and Myrdal.  To make your voice heard on this issue, contact the members of the Senate Political Subdivisions Committee today and urge them to render a do pass on HB 1259.

Counterfeit Justice: Why We Must Fight Against the Left’s War on Reality

What is happening in women’s sports right now is a perfect example of why it’s important for citizens to speak out on sociocultural issues.  Too many have acquiesced to the immense social pressure to either affirm or stay silent on the issue of transgenderism because they don’t want to be labeled as hateful and judgmental.  At this point, the pressure is so great that many citizens fear losing their job if they dare express an opinion that doesn’t align politically with the Left.  Many people justify their silence by telling themselves it’s none of their business how other people live their lives.  However, transgender ideology does, in fact, affect us all.  There are real world implications for the redefinition of certain key words like man and woman, and one way we are seeing that play out is the misguided, dangerous, and unfair push to allow males in female sports.
There is a mountain of evidence that shows that, in general, male athletes are bigger, stronger, faster, possess better hand-eye coordination, and are more spatially aware than their female counterparts, all of which clearly give men the advantage.  Women would be put in a considerably vulnerable position if they were made to compete against males, especially in a contact sport as women are more likely to be injured when colliding with a man verses another woman.  Males even have the advantage after one year of gender-affirming hormone therapy.  A study by the British Journal of Medicine showed that trans-women (males) still had a 9% faster average run speed after the one year period of testosterone suppression that is recommended by World Athletics for inclusion in women’s events.
The celebration and complete acceptance of transgender ideology has implications beyond the world of sports.  It is now acceptable to allow our youth to be test subjects for social experimentation.  Our culture’s celebration of victimhood has an incredible pull on impressionable youth – especially if they are struggling socially.  They know that by identifying with the LGBT movement they will be celebrated by their peers and by the culture.  Unfortunately, this does not lead to happier and healthier kids, despite what we are told.  There is a reason that a moral society establishes an age of consent for sexual activity.  Our government recognizes that children do not have the ability for consensual sex because their brains are not fully developed.  And yet, we are being told that toddlers have the self-awareness and mental capacity to choose their own gender.  Children and teens are being encouraged to make life-altering decisions that they do not have the ability to make and that they likely will regret as they grow older.  How is this showing compassion and kindness towards young people who struggle with gender dysphoria?  Speaking truth with love and respect is a much higher virtue than ignoring obvious lies for the sake of being kind.  It is nothing less than tragic to accept a worldview in which biological sex and gender are separate from each other because this leads to a society in which objective scientific facts are turned into mere cultural and social constructs.  This leaves women particularly vulnerable because we cannot protect women’s rights without a concrete definition of what it means to be a woman.
If gender is not informed by objective biological science, then it has to be based on subjective feelings and opinions which can and do change, especially in a culture that quickly and easily propagates postmodern philosophies like gender theory through the use of social media. The number of kids who identify as trans has skyrocketed in recent years.  This is not an organic development, but due to peer contagion that is spurred on by activist parents, media, Hollywood, Planned Parenthood, and certain public school systems all actively recruiting our youth to identify with the LGBT movement.  Trans athletes are currently in the minority, but as transgenderism ideology becomes more mainstream, there will be more and more males who will want to compete in women’s sports.  If we do not pass legislation to protect women’s sports, the scholarships, awards, and opportunities that sports provide will once again be dominated by men and boys. Many have been fooled into thinking that this is progress. It is not. We must not allow transgenderism ideology to override established biology.  We must not choose political correctness over the safety and hard won rights of women and girls.
Transgenderism is portrayed as a complex and nuanced field of medicine, but in actuality, it is an ideology that requires us to ignore established biological science and logic. The whole transgender movement is religious in nature.  It requires faith to believe that men can be “trapped inside a woman’s body”, and vice versa.  It requires complete obedience – in thought and action.  People are “held accountable” for daring to question a narrative that, for all of human history up until very recently, most people would have considered absurd.  There are calls for repentance when someone has been identified as a bigot, but there is no forgiveness to be found no matter how desperate or unnecessary the apology.  The fallen are told that, unfortunately, losing a job and/or being de-platformed from social media are the justifiable consequences for not falling in line with the doctrine of gender theory – a theory that in part was pioneered by the prominent psychologist, John Money, whose unethical experimentation on two young boys led to their suicides as adults.
The incoherent thought processes in this particular ideology are many.  Just one example: we are told that making the assumption that only girls like to play with dolls and like the color pink is wrong and an example of a toxic social construct.  But at the same time we are told that if a young boy exhibits those preferences, he must actually be a girl.  How are these assertions compatible with each other?
If we truly cared about the mental well-being of our impressionable youth, we would point them to the truth of who they are based on objective reality rather than the subjectiveness of postmodern philosophies and cultural trends.  We would tell them that while transgenderism falsely claims that our bodies are irrelevant to the person we are on the inside, our biology points us to the truth that our bodies and souls together form an integrated and whole human being. Not only would we tell them the truth of who they are, we would advocate for ethical, compassionate, evidenced-based psychological care to address their confusion and distress.
One way North Dakotans can make their voices heard on this issue is to contact their district senator and urge him or her to support HB 1298 relating to the prohibition of males in female sports.  We must not allow a counterfeit social justice for the minority to create an injustice for the majority.  The future of women’s sports, as well as the mental well-being of our youth, depend on the courageous among us who are willing to accept the social backlash in order to stand for truth. It’s time to stand up for women, for girls, and for children because they are the ones who are being the most negatively impacted by the transgender movement.  In order to do that, we must educate ourselves on the origin of gender theory and examine this worldview in a logical way, leaving emotion, politics, and antagonism toward others behind.

Asymptomatic Spread: The House of Cards upon which mask mandates and lockdowns are built.

Amber Vibeto NDCA

Asymptomatic spread of COVID-19 is the house of cards upon which mask mandates and lockdowns are built. A Journal of the American Medical Association meta-analysis of 54 studies showed that the rate of asymptomatic spread in households that had a family member who was positive for COVID-19 was 0.7%. If it is that rare among family members that live together, what does that tell us about asymptomatic spread in the general population?
The burden of proof lies with our governing authorities and businesses to provide solid evidence and Constitutional support for enacting policies that change people’s lives in such dramatic ways as forced public mask-wearing at all times.  In fact, an argument could be made that the public deserves proof that masks don’t actually cause the spread of viruses and bacteria. Many citizens have legitimate health concerns about the unprofessional way masks are being worn in non-clinic settings.  Because the evidence is so mixed and politicized, and because we are inexplicably told to wear masks even when socially distanced from others, many citizens do not have confidence in public health messaging.

The evidence for the efficacy of public mask wearing has actually been quite weak which is why those who advocate for masks and lockdowns resort to emotional manipulation to get the public to comply with executive orders. Blaming fellow citizens for the completely inevitable spread of a highly contagious respiratory virus has led to unintended negative social consequences including the pervasive bullying and lecturing of fellow citizens as well as the argument that we should normalize mask-wearing from this point forward to protect the population from all viruses, not just COVID-19. We are being asked to choose compassion for others over individual liberty, but that is a false dichotomy, and serves only to cause animosity and division among fellow Americans.

Mask mandates are a win-win for political leaders. If cases decline, they can credit their decisive leadership. If cases rise, they can blame the public for non-compliance. Either way, the burden of responsibility is placed on the public and conveniently lets leaders off the hook for failures in policy. The data that we do have overwhelmingly shows that the rise and fall in COVID-19 cases are completely unaffected by government mitigations.

More and more citizens are ignoring the mask mandate completely or are only partially complying by wearing the mask below their nose or chin. How many times have we all pulled our masks down in order to be understood by the person we are talking to? Elected officials have the choice to continue leading through force or to lead by persuasion, reason and dialogue. Which of those two styles of leadership reflect the hard won liberty that Americans highly revere? We must respect our fellow citizens enough to allow them to assess public health guidelines and then decide for themselves whether to mask up or not. If the case for mask-wearing holds up, then Americans will choose to comply because we have always been the kind of people who look out for one another. However, the freedom to choose is the only way forward if we have any respect left for the freedom for which so many fought and died.

Isolated to Death

Recently I was listening to a story about an elderly man in a North Dakota nursing home who was kept “safe” in his nursing home until he died alone. He was kept away from his family, friends, and loved ones for months.  He was conscientiously and rigorously kept “safe” by the federal government, the North Dakota Department of Health, and the Nursing Home he resided in. He was kept this way until he died alone, isolated, and “SAFE.”

Is this who our Physicians, Health Departments, and disease research Doctors have become? Advocating for isolation camps for our beloved elder population: Is this science?

We are now being guided by a godless science which is incapable of acknowledging the healing touch of a loved ones presence, or the reality of miracles. “Define your choices with data or you are not relevant to the conversation,” is the motto guiding many of our politicians and leaders.

And this is science? ….Safe… Sterile…..Isolated ……..Masked………Until death do us part.

That is not the way I hope to leave this world. I hope to have snot covered grandchildren crawling ALL OVER ME. To die from a respiratory infection, given directly to me by the hug of my 3 year old grandchild who held my wrinkled, time worn face in her little hands and told me she loved me; sounds like the best way to go. I hope she wipes her running nose on my shoulder and burrows her little face in my neck as she nestles in for a hug.

When I die: I want to go just-like-that, Covid and all.

“Give me liberty or give me death”-Nathan Hale

Don’t be a “Rumplestiltskin”

cute positive bonding siblings in face masks

Are any elected officials advocating for children? For almost a year now, we have been masking children so they would be allowed in school and sports. And what has this done. Absolutely Nothing!!!!

Comparing the data from schools who did not mask to schools who do mask: the evidence is undeniable. The kids that did not wear masks are healthier. Their faces are free from the mask induced bacterial infections that produce boils and puss filled sores on their little faces.
The children in schools that did not mandate masks, had excellent results. They are healthy and well. Yet, these facts and scientific data are ignored.

Why has the CDC, HHS, Health Departments and outspoken pediatricians become dishonorable in their actions and ideologies? The answer: Because they took disease mitigation too far.  They became unreasonable. And it is no longer OK, with anyone.
Enough is enough! The mandatory masking of children needs to stop. “Optional always but never mandatory” is a motto to live and die by.

You have the right and freedom to wear a mask. But you do not have the right to force your will and desires onto the faces of children, anymore. You must STOP ✋, regroup, and take time off to care for your mental health if you are in one of the listed groups above. It is time to come back to your senses. It’s time to start advocating for the unmasking of children.

Mask yourself…..NOT a child. Don’t be a Rumplestiltskin.

Interview with Senator Cramer.

Sitting down with Senator Cramer for an interview was delightful. And I will get to that in a second.

But first let’s talk about Kris, Senator Cramer’s wife. So often we don’t hear about the wives of the truly powerful men in office, who give up the traditional life they most likely dreamed of as young girls for a different calling in using the gifts God has given them. They take on the difficult and humbling task of being in the light of an elected official. She makes it look natural. And yet I am convinced it would have to have been quite an adjustment from the dreams we as girls have growing up. Didn’t we all used to  pick out our  wedding dresses  from  the JCPenney catalog and dream of our family? I digress.

Rarely do you meet a woman like Senator Cramer’s wife. The epitome of what it means to be a conservative Republican woman. She truly is an unsung hero in the role of mother and spouse. There is no saintly aura around her, no fake nice, and it is refreshing. She simply is who she is. A mother to her children and much much more.  She homeschools her youngest using a curriculum which is by far, more complete in the math and sciences than watered down common core and science text books that have become the political platform for the global warming extremists agenda. (My summary, not hers.)

She  is a woman to look up to for her modesty and strength and undisguisable beauty. Her ability to discern and hold viewpoints that are NOT based on popularity is a gift that few have.  As a fellow woman and mother, I hold her in a place of high esteem for her defining example of being true to herself and who God empowered her to be, while choosing to remain in the role of feminine. You can clearly see she is unswayed by cultural influence that is constantly changing depending on the left’s given mood swings and their emotional tantrums everytime they don’t get their way.

Unannounced, but ever present, is Kris’s ability to hold her own  as her husband has taken on a role at the federal level and has chosen to lead the state  by holding elected office in the Senate.  She now holds the very influential role of being by Senator Cramer’s  side as he is in a position of guiding, overseeing, and sorting through federal policy that would or could serve to hurt or help our Great state of North Dakota. It  is abundantly clear Kris leaves that task and its details in Senator Cramer’s capable hands. While unafraid to speak her mind when their views are different, there is no doubt about it, Senator Cramer chose wisely when he chose Kris.  Kris is one of a kind. In a  world of political pundit wives, and women with ever-increasing appetites for fame, money, and approval, it is clear that Kris could care less about these agendas. She clearly values her privacy and freedoms too much to become a slave to any of that. She stands firmly in her role as mother and supporting partner to Senator Cramer.

Ok….. back to the interview.

Sitting down after lunch with Senator Cramer and his wife was so much fun. I had been invited to interview him(via email) and was so shocked by the idea,  I about fell off my office perch when I read the email. I replied with a, “yes!” so fast I hadn’t even finished my thought before I pressed, “send email.”  I  had to write back a few times to work out the details. And, now, we were sitting at the Brick Oven Bakery in Bismarck.

In truth,  I had been fascinated by, not so much, Senator Cramer (sorry Senator Cramer), but more so by Kris.   However,  I was thrilled to shift my attention to the Senator and excited by opportunity to visit face to face with someone I helped to elect, when I voted for him.

I invited along two other women and mother’s who are leaders that I admire and respect, so they too could hear what Senator Cramer had to say. They are at the forefront of the Conservative Advocate movement, Amber Vibeto and Tara Roedocker. Tara and Amber were never involved in politics until recently,  but both have boldly stepped up to the challenge in an effort to reverse the damage done to our states education system with Public Health initiatives unchecked. You would have to be blind not to see the damaging outcomes of the Department of Health’s recommendations when they become untethered from common sense and the reality of disease spread in children. Amber and Tara are now Chair and Vice Chair of District 3 GOP. I could go on about these two influential mothers, wives  and strong women,  but I will just say this,  nothing compares to these women’s love for the Lord.  They have proven they have great courage while taking on the critical issues that are still plaguing our schools long after the initial onset of the pandemic has come and gone.  And it has not been an easy role to take. Faced with harsh and quite personal attacks, it is never easy to be the first to stand in opposition of a cultural shift that has become parasitic to our children.

Back to the interview…..

So, there we all sat. I had taken a seat across from Senator Cramer and to the left of Kris who slid her chair around to the side, while  Tara sat next to Senator Cramer and Amber sat to my left.

Four Conservative women, three of whom were there to size up Senator Cramer and see if he was up to the challenge of holding down the line for freedom and privacy and backing off public health at the federal level. And one, a gracious wife willing and confident enough to let us.

In the next article,  I will tell you all about Senator Cramer and the different topics covered.

We covered topics ranging from: medical and vaccination privacy, the CDC, contact tracing of minor children and the efforts and influence Senator Cramer has gained from his  strong stance for the  oil and gas industry and maybe a few more topics that are relevant to the issues we face here in ND.
